About Me

As a lifelong Disney fan, I'm always looking for more ways to bring the Disney magic into my life. Since I make my living as a freelance writer, starting a Disney blog seemed like the perfect fit. My family and I live in Washington state and travel to Disneyland as often as we can.

This blog is a collection of handy posts to help you plan you best trip ever - with detailed hotel reviews, tips for planning your days at Disney, and lots of information about other things to do in and around Anaheim. I also specialize in tips on how to eat healthy and stick to your trip budget on your next trip so that you can travel more often with less guilt.

Now back to capturing as much of that Disney magic as possible. If you're an out-of-state Disney fan like me, you can't hit the park on a weekly basis. (Sigh.) So we out-of-staters have to be creative about bringing the Disney magic into our everyday lives. There are many ways to do this, of course--Disney movies, Disney music, and Disney books are the first to come to my mind.

I also love to create Disney crafts and Disney-inspired meals for my family. And I like to keep the crafting and cooking simple, but wonderful. I know you're busy and probably stretched too thin. If a craft or a recipe has too many steps, ingredients, or takes forever to complete, you're just not going to do it. Me either. So let's keep it simple and magical together. Bring the Disney magic home and then turn around and soak it up on your next trip to Disneyland. I'll show you how.
